We stand for quality and excellent customer service. For the first year after closing your home, we provide a One-Year Fit and Finish warranty that covers a variety of items as outlined in the Warranties section of the Homeowner Maintenance Guide provided to you when you closed on your home. You can download a generic version of the Homeowner Maintenance Guide below. To submit a claim, you can download a fillable Warranty Request and email it to customercare@fieldstonecommunitiesllc.com. If it is an urgent matter, or if you would like to speak with someone directly, please call (916) 553-8360.
For concerns after the first year of your home closing, we provide a specialized administrator to support any warrantable items or issues you may come across. To submit requests after the first year of ownership, email warrantyadministration@2-10.com or call (855) 429-2109. You can download a copy of the 2-10 Warranty Manual below.
