Meet Erika Madden, our Project Manager & Forward Planner.  She brings over 19 years of experience in both custom and production home construction to our growing team, focusing her energy on estimating and land development.  Erika has contributed to the creation of new homes and communities at both small start-up builders and larger legacy builders, she thrives on details – from community streets to the details that turn a house into a home.

Kelly Braccio joined Fieldstone Communities as their Controller.  She has over 35 years of Controller experience with a history of maximizing efficiencies and cost controls to increase profitability.  Twenty of those years has been in the construction industry and two years in homebuilding.

Her roles have encompassed all areas of accounting, finance, payroll, human resources and general business management.

Having worked for some multi-industry organizations, I have a wide range of experience in several industries, but I get drawn back to construction.  I have always enjoyed being in the construction field.  I find the excitement of obtaining new projects and the variations of each add variety and unique challenges.  I find motivation and reward in that, as well as being an involved participant in the progression, growth and enhancement of the ongoing activities of a company.

Jay brings 30 years of experience in the building industry. Starting in 1994, after the Northridge Earthquake, he began the journey of his career, in building, as a laborer.

Continuing his course from Southern California, he moved to Sacramento and worked his way up through the different roles, from detailer, customer service, assistant superintendent to Superintendent.

Jay’s experience includes working on small in-fill projects, apartments, residential communities, and semi-custom homes. He possesses excellent project-management skills and a great customer satisfaction record.

As an Army Veteran, he also brings a strong work ethic and a highly successful team collaboration history. As a part of Fieldstone Communities, he is able to continue to build his skills and share his experience to contribute to the vision of happy home buyers, trade partners, and team members.

When he is not working, you can find him in the sky, flying his experimental airplane built by his father or volunteering with the North State BIA and HomeAid Sacramento.
