Aaron Ross-Swain
President
Fieldstone Communities LLC was founded in 2021 by Aaron Ross-Swain, a veteran of the northern California home building industry. Aaron’s passion for home building started at a young age when we worked on his father’s subdivision sweeping out homes and picking up lumber. As the years went by, he worked for a number of trades on weekends, holidays and summer breaks to earn money and learn new skills. The sense of accomplishment, the demand for hard-work & team work are what appealed most to Aaron.
After graduating from Chico State University, Aaron worked for two public home builders and one private developer, allowing him to hold a variety of different roles while gaining a tremendous education in home building & development. With over 16-years of experience in the new home construction industry, Aaron had developed expertise in land acquisition, planning & site design, entitlements & CEQA, project management, finance, land development, and home construction.
Erika Madden
Project Manager
Meet Erika Madden, our Project Manager & Forward Planner. She brings over 19 years of experience in both custom and production home construction to our growing team, focusing her energy on estimating and land development. Erika has contributed to the creation of new homes and communities at both small start-up builders and larger legacy builders, she thrives on details – from community streets to the details that turn a house into a home.

Matt Foster
Director of Operations
Matt Foster brings nearly 30 years of experience in residential construction management to Fieldstone Communities. As our Director of Operations, Matt oversees all aspects of our construction projects, bringing a dedication to attention to detail and quality in all facets of construction.
His leadership and experience in working with the region’s premier builders and subcontractors has been instrumental in ensuring every aspect of construction is a collaborative effort with contractors, co-workers, and homeowners.
Kelly Braccio
Controller
Kelly Braccio joined Fieldstone Communities as their Controller. She has over 35 years of Controller experience with a history of maximizing efficiencies and cost controls to increase profitability. Twenty of those years has been in the construction industry and two years in homebuilding.
Her roles have encompassed all areas of accounting, finance, payroll, human resources and general business management.
Having worked for some multi-industry organizations, I have a wide range of experience in several industries, but I get drawn back to construction. I have always enjoyed being in the construction field. I find the excitement of obtaining new projects and the variations of each add variety and unique challenges. I find motivation and reward in that, as well as being an involved participant in the progression, growth and enhancement of the ongoing activities of a company.
